Technical Questions
If you have questions regarding the installation and/or use of the program, please click here to send your question via email. In order to serve you better, we ask that you include the following information on each new request:
CPU (Processor) Type/Speed (ie, 486, Pentium)
CPU Speed (ie, 100 mhz)
Amount of RAM (ie, 16 megabytes)
Operating System (Win 3.x, Win 95/98)
Email address
Telephone number (please include best time to call)
Error message (if applicable)

Program Updates (please read these instructions carefully)
Hint: Click the "print" button on your browser to print a copy of these instructions.
Important: Please close the Stiggins Strength Training Program before proceeding.
1) Determine the current version of your program.
From the program main menu, click Help|About. The version number is displayed in the About box.
(If you are already running version 2.33, you have the latest program.
No further action is required.)
2) Begin the Download process.
Click here if you are running versions 2.01
to 2.03. (v233a.exe) ** see Important note below
Click here if you are running versions 2.04
to 2.32. (v233b.exe)
3) After the download has completed, save the file to a temporary location on your local hard drive. Be sure to note the location. Tip: You may also save this file to a floppy disk for use on another computer.
4) Use the File|Run (Win 3.x) or Start|Run (Win 9x) and browse to the location of the saved file. Click the "Open" button.
5) Click the OK button to execute the update program.
6) When the Self-Extractor dialog appears, click the "Unzip" button.
7) After the "Successful" message appears, click "OK". Finally, click the "Close" button.
8) Start the Stiggins program and click the Help|About. Check the version number to verify the update.
** Important note: For versions 2.01 to 2.03, please perform Steps A to F below:
A) If running, close the Stiggins program.
B) Use the File|Run (Win 3.x) or Start|Run (Win 9x) and browse to the C:\WSCP folder.
C) Locate and highlight the Ctfix.exe file. Click the "Open" button.
D) Click the "Start" button.
E) Finally, click the "Exit" button.
F) Run the Stiggins program as outlined in Step 8 above.
